  • This model is suitable for projects that have dynamic and evolving requirements, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Customers pay only for the actual time and resources spent on the project, which are tracked and reported regularly.
  • We provide customers with a dedicated team of software engineers, designers, testers, project managers, and consultants who work closely with you throughout the project lifecycle.
  • This model maximizes your flexibility and control over the project.
    Price based on the number of hours put into the project and billing on monthly basis.

Hybrid of Fixed Price and Time & Materials

  • This model is suitable for projects that have a combination of fixed and variable requirements, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Customers pay a fixed price for the part of the project that has clear and well-defined requirements, and pay only for the actual time and resources spent on the part of the project that has dynamic and evolving requirements.

ODC (Offshore Development Center)

  • This model is suitable for projects that require long-term collaboration and continuous support. Customers get access to a fully functional offshore development center that acts as an extension of your own in-house team.

Restricted Office Accesst

Toppa Solutions is located in the Technopark Campus in Trivandrum, India. Any physical access is limited to personnel working there and authorized visitors. Visitors are screened upon entry and escorted to their locations.

Restricted Server Access

Access to all servers (physical or via network) is highly restricted. Only authorized users are allowed to access servers. Based on the nature and sensitivity of the data, isolated network and encrypted disk facilities are provided.

Isolated Networks

On-demand access to services and resources anytime, anywhere with cloud computing solutions that offer security, efficiency, and scalability.

Code Repositories

Project-based access controls are enabled in code repositories (SVN / CVS / TFS / GIT)

Regular Audits

We regularly conduct audits to check software updates and patches. These audits are frequently monitored to detect and prevent unauthorized access attempts and other security threats.

DB Server Security

By defining project-specific roles and access rights to users, all DB servers are also protected from unauthorized access.
